The sublease would run from June th until August th of summer , perfect if you are going to be in town for Summer Session II. Rent is $/month, HOWEVER the first month&#;s rent is prorated (~$) and you would only pay around half of August&#;s rent as my roommate will be moving back then. You can look at the Mill Creek website for the floorplan and whatnot.
We can sublease to another 👩 girl, a 👨 guy, or nonbinary pal--it really doesn&#;t matter as long as you can keep things relatively 🎇clean and whatever.
