Hey everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my 1 Bed/1 Bath lease at Laurel Ridge Apartments in Chapel Hill immediately. I have started a new job and will be moving to Raleigh next weekend but I can be out by this Sunday if immediate move-in is needed by anyone. The lease was signed 7// and ends 6//, so you&#;d be picking it up to have through June of next year. The security deposit is paid so you won&#;t need to worry about that - also, the rent has increased since we signed so you&#;d be getting the apartment at a cheaper rate than the rest of the complex. 🌊 water is included in your rent; you pay for internet/cable, renter&#;s insurance, and 💡electric.

-Free parking, we&#;ve never had an issue finding space for our two cars
-🏊 pool, tennis courts, dog park
