This is a private bedroom and bathroom with large 🚶 walk in closet and PARKING SPOT in a 2B/2BR in Lark Chapel Hill. There is also the option to rent out the whole apartment (rent both bedrooms and bathrooms so two people could stay there). Amenities include a 🏊 pool, gym, beach volleyball court, basketball court, study rooms, and clubhouse. Less than a mile to campus. Looking for $/month but willing to negotiate. Laundry in unit and dog/cat friendly.
