Hey, I am a UNC student looking for someone to take over the end of my lease at Union Chapel Hill this summer (June - July, mid-May is possible as well). Base rent is reduced to $ and May is paid for. The apartment has a 🚍 shuttle to campus and there is also an NU stop about a minute’s 🚶 walk away. Franklin street is also about a minute 🚶 walk away and the Student Union is about minutes away. You’d have your own bathroom and the unit comes furnished as well. There are many amenities including a gym, 🏊 pool, volleyball court, roof-top terrace. Its in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a key fob needed to enter the complex!
