Feb 2017: My family and I have called Cosgrove our home for 4 months now and have been very, very happy with our experience here. XXXX at the front office was extremely friendly and helpful to us during move in, especially considering our situation was a bit unique, and has continued to be great and timely assistance in anything that arises. We are very pleased with the friendly neighborhood, great location and our beautiful home. would recommend to anyone.

Dec 2016: We have been living in Cosgrove Hill for more than a year now. The units are very well built and we don’t hear the outside noises. I like the view of our unit and the property is very well kept. The office is very responsive to our requests. We have had excellent experience working with them since we moved in (thank you Paul and Brook). The rental price for Cosgrove Hill is competitive with other properties in Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill rents and housing prices are higher than the surrounding communities, major factor is due to the highly regarded school system.) We like the community and our neighbors. The school district for Cosgrove Hill is among the best in Chapel Hill (Glenwood elementary, Philips middle school and East Chapel Hill high).

Feb 2015: We are renting a one bedroom apartment and we are totally satisfied. The one bedroom apartment are pretty big ( bigger than usual 2 bds ) and with a good amount of light. In this area, the apartments tend to be pretty dark, but here the light gets through almost all the apartment. We live on the first floor and we have never heard anyone through the walls. And, you can reach second and third floors using the stairs or the elevators.
The staff is very courteous and helpful and friendly. Our fridge broke down and the following day it was fixed. We had issue with the washing machines and the same day we got it fixed.

Dec 2012: My partner and I have just recently moved in to Cosgrove, but we LOVE it thus far!! This is one of the cleanest, quietest, most welcoming communities that I have ever had the pleasure of finding. The apartments were built as condos, and it shows. The place was extremely clean both upon viewing and upon move-in (and we're rather OCD about cleanliness), and there were very few maintenance issues (we asked that a drawer be re-aligned, that a bowing shelf be replaced, and that the garbage disposal be unstuck, and all were taken care of that very afternoon). The staff are extremely friendly (Alisha, Jeff, and Mike), and the community Christmas party was actually *fun*!
