It is a 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. I have one roommate, and he is an excellent cook and very personable 👨 guy. The bedroom has a lock and right across the hall it has its own bathroom. It was recently renovated and has an in unit washer and dryer also right across the hall from the room. The bedroom is plenty big and the bathroom is also a nice size. It is not the master room.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
