Currently living in a 2 bed 2 bath and my roommate is leaving. I’m looking to renew the same unit for $ plus 🌊 water and 💡electric. Open to subleases and asking for since my bf stays with me. We will pay 2/3s of the utilities as well. Must be okay with cats (2 currently and not looking to add more) and smoking. Rooms and common area furnished (couches and table in common area, bed, desk, and dresser in room). You will have your own room and bathroom. 3 major 🚌 bus lines stop outside the complex and the complex offers parking, a fitness center, and a clubhouse
