I am going away for an internship next semester and I am subleasing my bedroom for a 3 bedroom apartment at Chape Ridge. I have two amazing 👨 guys as roommates and the community is really nice and quiet. The community is 🐕 pet friendly but it must be discussed with roommates. Only minutes away from campus and the 🚌 bus stop is very close to the community. 💡electricity, 🌊 water,cable, and internet are included. Washer and Dryer inside the apartment. There are always available parking spots and parking is free.
