The space includes a 1 bedroom (private) and a shared bathroom with one other existing (male) roommate. The other roommate is quiet, friendly, and does not smoke: he&#;s out most of the ⌚time working. The bedroom will not be furnished (items in images not included), but I have a few pieces of furniture I’d be happy to leave for you if you want. The living area including kitchen, dining room, and living room are also shared. Parking is free and available directly across from the apartment in a private carlot. There are no existing 🐕 pets but incoming 🐕 pets (especially dogs) are welcome. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly space.
The neighborhood is very quiet and good for students, just a few minutes from East 🌉 gateShopping Center. There is a great free🚌 bus service to UNC&#;s campus (about a minute 🚌 bus ride to downtown Chapel Hill / main campus), and I- and US are also just minutes away.
