Nov 2015: Very impressed with the office staffs knowledge and professionalism. Maintenance staff is also on top of repairs and upkeep. My daughter lives in these apartments and I feel very good about the security and safety at her complex and also about the quality and comfort of her residence.

Nov 2015: I moved here from Georgia back in February of this year and the community has been really great so far.
The staff helped me do everything from Georgia and made it easy for me to do everything from far away. When I first moved in, my door was kind of sticking but maintenance came out and fixed it the same day and it was the only problem I have had. The apartment is clean and well kept and you get all of the appliances you need with it like microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, washer, and dryer.

It appears to be quiet, beautiful, and affordable, especially considering the great amenities offered. Laura was extremely pleasant and went out of her way to help me. I left to look at other apartment complexes but then decided I didn't even want to look any further. May 2014: I moved here in May 2013 with my husband. They told us that at first, we were going to be in one apartment, but last minute, they moved us. The young lady we worked with was Katie. She was nice, but fake.
The model she showed us was amazing. We fell in love with the layout. The apartment we got had a totally different layout. It looks NOTHING like the model. I was very disappointed because the model had a small hallway and it appeared to be bigger than the one we got.

Apr 2014: Berkshire manor west is the best place to live. The office staff is super friendly and the maintenance team is fast and does a great job. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice home to live in, whether it is temporary or permanent. I just committed to resigning my lease, because I know that Berkshire is the place I want to call home.
