Apr 2019: The location is really convenient to UNC campus. The NU bus line is right across the street. The inside has hardwood floors and pretty functional floor plan. Some of the appliance are a little dated, but management is very professional and communicative. I enjoy how much nature is around the property and the pet park as well. I would recommend living here. Review from Google Aug 2018: Sucks that I can't anyone to contact me back about these apartments. If its this hard to ahold of them as a potential future resident, I couldn't imagine living there would be that great if you ever had an issue. 612 Hillsborough aims to take advantage of undergrads new to off-campus living. For a hefty price of $980 per month, you get a broken-down two-bedroom, and insect-infested townhouse with pipes older than dinosaur dirt. don't let the pictures fool you. It may seem nice but when you get there you automatically realize that you've been ripped off. The buildings themselves are old and fragile. Moreover, there's always something breaking, getting loose, coming out-of-place, etc...At least that's how I sincerely felt. As an example, my first week living there, I've noticed that the kitchen faucet and the bathroom faucet were leaking.
My roommate said that he's had requests to get it fixed but it still managed to get undone. Also, their payment portal is out-of-date and slow. Half the time you don't know if Review from Google
