Im looking to relet a spacious studio apartment on the 8th floor of Wahu Student Living from July - August. The apartment has more than enough room for 1 person, a queen-sized bed that comes with a 🎇clean mattress, an armchair, a 📺 tv with cable, 💡electric stove top, ☢ microwave, dishwasher, large ⛄ fridge, washer/dryer, 2 closets and a dresser, and a large bathroom with a bath/shower. Management takes care of the payment of all utilities in-rent. They are also extremely responsive to maintenance requests and the apartment complex itself very quiet. There is also a large in-house gym, an indoor 🏊 pool, a large hang-out space, and many study/game rooms throughout the floors. Wahu is a great place to live because of its super close proximity to the University of Minnesota, the Green Line (which is just right outside the apartment), the I-, and various 🍔 restaurants.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
