I am looking for a subleaser for my private room at the University Village apartments. It is a 4 bed/2 bath unit and is super spacious. I have 3 roommates who are all sophomores at theU, they are all super nice. Rent is only $ a month including all utilities. I also have a parking spot in the locked garage, which is an additional fee of $/month, however if you do not need the space I can cancel it at any⌚time! The apartment is unfurnished, but my roommates have everything for the kitchen and living room spaces, so you will only need to furnish your bedroom! You will share a bathroom with a 👩 female who is super 🎇clean and 🎇neat.
