My roommates and I are looking for a 5th person to take over a lease this coming fall. The lease is for a single room and bathroom with rent around $ a month. We have two dogs, both are very well trained and friendly. We live on the fourth floor overlooking the terrace and downtown Minneapolis. We all like to party, but we know the importance of school work as well. Our apartment is 👨👩 co-ed. There are three 👩 girls and one 👨 guy on the lease for this fall.
