I am looking for someone who can take my lease at a 4B4B apartment at the Pavilion on Berry, located at Jefferson Commons Cir, right off the West🌉 gate light rail station by the University of Minnesota Campus. The lease will be starting from middle Nov (negotiable) to August. The room will be available after Nov th. The move-in date is flexible. The rental for November will be paid by me. The price would be $ per month, which is quite affordable. This apartment has been furnished with an in-unit washer and dryer. There are a private bathroom and spacious 🚶 walk-in closet in the room. The unit is located at the 3rd floor, with other three very nice and friendly roommates.
