I&#;m trying to find a 👩 girl to take over my lease at the Pavilion on Berry next school year. The rent is only $ for a private room (I got a deal for signing early, which is why it doesn&#;t match up with the photo), and the apartment complex is just a block away from the light rail. My roommates are pretty chill, very 🎇clean, they don&#;t go out much and aren&#;t loud at all (and one of them has a cat!). The apartment has surface parking for $ / month (I&#;m pretty sure) and is fully furnished!
