Hi, I just singed a one-year contract with Pavilion on Berry for a bedroom in a 4B4B apartment (move in date is August th, ). However, I need to transfer the contract because I am leaving here. administration fee has been paid. I can cover the reletting fee. And if you want to move in with another friend, one another of the beds is available for rent. Here is the details of the apartment:
-Price: $/month (Officially $/month, but there was a $ off promotion and I personally offer $ per month)
-Utilities: water-heating-internet-💡💡electricity are all included in the rent
-Other fees: Application fee, $ (one ⌚⌚time); telecom fee, $ (one ⌚⌚time); parking $/month (if you drive).
-One of Roommates has decided not move in, so you have the chance to have more space. Furnitures are included; Gym, swimming 🊠🏊 pool and computer lab are available; 3mins 🚶 🚶 walk to light rail station.
