Hi, still need a place to live this summer or sooner? ....
My roommate and I are looking to sublease our shared bedroom at the Hub which is right by the lightrail and a few minute 🚶 walk to campus. It has lots of amenities including a 🏊 pool and hot tube which would be super nice over the summer. Both me and my roommate would be willing to pay partial rent as we are looking for a somewhat last minute arrangement. Usually our rent is $ a month per person but we are willing to do $. Ideally our room would be perfect for 2 friends but we are also considering leasing it as a private room for a higher price.
It is a 3 bedroom apartment and it comes fully furnished with a full tempurpedic mattress, desk, chair, couch, breakfast table and stools. There is a divider for some privacy and I honestly felt like I still had my own space. My other roommate has a private room and is honestly not home a lot.
Also my side of the room looks right out at the 🏊 pool as you can see in the pictures. This was something I really enjoyed from living at the Hub. They also have free starbucks which is a huge perk ☕ï¸
