Jul 2017: This is probably the worst apartment I've ever been involved with. The front desk does the worst job in terms of receiving and letting residents pick up their package. Even if a package is urgent, it still takes more than a day to be able to get that package.
Secondly, this apartment is all about taking your money and not giving back your deserved service! The apartment continued to charge me for a contract parking space even though I explicitly told the leasing office I would not need the parking space anymore and one of the staffs told me the parking space was on a month to month basis.
Strongly recommend considering other apartments before signing anything with Stadium View. This landlord is very much a vampire sucking the blood out of your wallet.

Jun 2017: One of the worst places I have ever experienced considering the price of rent. Between the smells, the cockroaches, the mold, and the disgusting state of the apartment upon moving in, I was constantly questioning "how can I be paying so much for this?" The amenities were overrated for how the staff advertised them so don't get your hopes up on those. Additionally, I have never encountered such condescending and outright rude management. For being so-called "professionals," they acted like catty high school girls. I found myself only getting packages or asking questions if the one or two nice people were working the desk.

May 2017: I've been living here since the end of August last year and I think Stadium View has been a good place to stay at. It's cheaper than other places while still offering a location close to campus, amenities (such as fitness center, theatre, computer lab) and a 9-month lease which was important for me. It's not flawless which is why I give it 4 stars, like some other people have mentioned the windows can't be opened and the internet had some outages in the beginning but it now seems to be solved. The staff have always been helpful every time I've been asking for help.
