I’m going to be studying abroad this upcoming spring semester and need a subleaser to fill my spot in a really beautiful house in como! Rent would be $ a month plus utilities (usually under $ a month) and you would get your own room. Parking is available in our driveway and easily accessible on the street. Sublease from Jan-May, but you can also extend the sublease into the summer ⌚time if you need! DM me for questions and to set up a ⌚time to see the house :) Earlier move in possible!
