Chateau Student Housing is a co-op apartment complex located in Dinkytown, right by UMN (fun fact, tallest building in Dinkeytown). It offers one, two, three, and four bedroom apartment styles.
There is a basketball court at Chateau though if apartment amenities are important for you, you may want to look somewhere else.
Probably the best feature of Chateau is that leases start at six months, then go month-to-month, which offers great flexibility and reduces the risk of getting locked into a lease.
