The unit is in close proximity to major transit stops, a Target, and is less than a ten minute 🚶 walk from campus. The unit is furnished, includes two large, modern bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and cozy living room. All utilities except 💡electricity and heat are included in the lease. The apartment includes amenities such as a workout room, study spaces, free printing, a computer lab, a patio and 🍔 grill, washer and dryer access, and street and underground parking.
Heat and 💡electricity are split equally among all four residents, typically between $ to $ per month per person. All other occupants of the unit are kind, friendly people eager to meet others. Message me with any questions! Sublease start and end dates are negotiable.
