This newly built building, opened in July , features off campus apartments that are only 5 minutes away from the UMN campus. It’s also extremely nice and features additions like assigned parking stalls! It also has awesome amenities like a fitness center, working space, 🚴 bike stalls, and mailing services such as Amazon HUB. It also features an in-unit washer and dryer and appliances with premium grade finishes. 🐕 pets are allowed!
