Sep 2017: the 700 is the best place to live! the front desk staff team of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are stellar! They are super friendly and treat everyone with 100% respect and provide the hospitality needed to create an inclusive and warm environment. It really feels like family here and everyone that I've interacted with loves this place so much which is why everyone usually renews their leases! The maintenance team of XXXX and XXXX are the best human beings on the planet.

Sep 2017: Apartments are nice, new and fully furnished. However, you're not getting what you pay for - especially considering that rents just increased significantly, and there really aren't any fabulous amenities being offered. Unless you're a spoiled Asian international student who doesn't know how to clean up after themselves, you won't find this place to be a warm and welcoming community. Drunk college kids from Sally's leave the elevators and the community room looking filthy especially after weekends.

Jul 2017: XXXX and XXXX in the management office create an inclusive, welcoming environment. Their positive and professional attitudes are impressive, as both take great pride delivering outstanding customer service. XXXX manages the building's maintenance program with a friendly and caring approach. He provides timely repairs when needed and demonstrates a level of responsiveness that is truly second to none. You'll be pleasantly surprised how XXXX, XXXX and XXXX treat everyone more like family than residents. The 700 on Washington is easily the best rental experience that I've ever had... I'm confident that you won't be disappointed!

Jun 2017: I have loved my experiences with The 700! We absolutely love XXXX at The 700! She helped us sign our lease last year and is fantastic. We have built a great relationship with her both in the housing community and outside of the community. She hosts great events for her residents and they are so much fun!! They also include other members of the staff and community at their events so I've also gotten to form a relationship with other members of the staff at the 700.
