I am posting this for my 👨 son who is looking for a 👨 maleroommate to take over his lease that ends on August 7th at North Apartments. Your rent is $. Underground parking is $ but he will be paying that for April, May, June & July so you get a parking space for free. You would be sharing a semi private room (there is a privacy wall and curtains to separate the full size beds) and a bathroom, with a U of M student. The other room has also 2 college students. Each unit has its own security lock so only you and your roommate would have access to your unit. The kitchen and living room are shared by all 4 ( you and the 3 roommates ). In-unit laundry. All utilities are included except for 💡electricity. The apartment is fully furnished. It comes with heated underground parking space, great location, fitness center, commons area (study, cook...), game room, 🕶️ tanning salon, free copying. It is very close to the light rail and the U of M campus. Located in Prospect Park, 2 blocks East of TCF stadium.
