You&#;ll be taking over the lease, which runs until Aug th , and will have the opportunity to extend if you need to do so. The utilities are about $ depending on use. This location is very close to downtown, and it&#;s steps away from the University of Minnesota Campus (~5 min 🚶 walking distance).
