Feb 2018: Some of these reviews are very harsh. I personally have not had any issues with the Mark at all. The leasing staff is always accommodating and helpful as long as you are reasonable with them, and the managers have always gone out of their way to help me. Great location and amenities. LOVE living here and would resign if i wasn't graduating. Review from Google

The Mark was a disaster for the first couple months, but now that the amenities are finished it's actually pretty nice, although quite expensive. The gym is easily one of the best apartment gyms in Athens, and even though it can get crowded it's big enough that you don't really have to wait around for a machine or weights. Having a balcony is great, but one of the problems that The Mark still has is construction is still ongoing for the hotel, and the noise is pretty constant throughout the day. Also, the parking deck isn't as bad now that most people turn right, but the construction workers always seem to drive the wrong way, and with the big vans they drive I've had to back up through the parking deck so they can get past.

Feb 2018: Upon move in date, all of the amenities were not complete but as of now, everything is finished and Iï¸t all looks great! The pool on the roof definitely makes Iï¸t unique. Our apartment is the perfect size for 3 people and Iï¸ love that I have a balcony. The only issue Iï¸ have is with the guest parking. Iï¸ don’t have anywhere for my visitors to park. Jan 2018: My best friend currently lives at the mark, but oh. My. God. The moment I entered the Mark lobby, my breath was taken away. I’ve never entered a place this awesome at Athens. The amenities are great. The tanning booth, racquetball court, basketball court, and the lobby?! I mean more could a human ask for! I would recommend this place to anyone who steps foot onto Athens. Jan 2018: My daughter recently moved into the Mark when they first opened, and she has loved it so much! It has a beautiful rooftop pool, workout facilities, and so much more. It is a short walk to campus for her and there is always security available which gives me comfort with her living away from home. Review from Google

Jan 2018: Now that the Mark has finished all of its facilities, it's one of the nicer apartments I looked at during the search. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, and the social spaces are really cool too. I also really liked how close it was to campus. It's about 10 minutes away from the main library on foot, which is really convenient. Excited to move in next year! Review from Google
