Dec 2017: Living here was awful. Things started out okay but quickly went downhill. Things were breaking left and right and next to nothing was being done to repair the issues. The owner of Moose Club Condos does not care about his tenants. Some of the units are privately owned and I have heard those are much better but if you lease from the main guy, good luck. We had a broken toilet, a broken kitchen sink, a major leak from our fridge, our dryer caught fire, and a major ceiling leak that led to mold and mildew in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Calls and requests for repairs often went unanswered for months. And even when you were able to get someone in the office or over the phone it would be weeks before anyone came out and then even longer until repairs were made. Nov 2017: Decent apartments in a great location and at a low price. I do have a few gripes, however. The walls are quite thin. They certainly could be worse but it's easy to hear your neighbors watching TV, etc. The appliances are extremely old and outdated (atleast in my unit). The dishwasher seems like it's from the mid-to-early 90's, along with the oven. My biggest complaint is the floors are very noisy, and the carpet could really use a renewal. I often worry about moving around at night simply because of the very loud noises the stairs make (I don't want to disturb the people living below me). On a final note, the management can be extremely unreliable at times. Thankfully I haven't had to deal with them too often, but when I have, it's been rough. Oct 2017: The houses are cute and very private. Few of my friends stay there. It's a good place if you are staying for a while in Athens and if you go yo UGA, it's cheaper than family housing and ideal if you don't mind sharing apartment with one other person. Review from Google
Jul 2017: I have spent there 2 years. Very nice apartments and a quite neighborhood. Lovely management. its location is also perfect. Close to bus stops as well as fooks food (an asian grocery store). Review from Google

Jun 2016: I would not recommend anyone to move here. I lived at Moose Club for a year and could not wait to move. The day we moved in we were handed the keys to a DIRTY apartment!!!! The walls had not been painted, the carpet was filthy and there were bugs everywhere!!!! It took about a week for the apartment to be flipped. Next the units are old and with that came issues, super low water pressure, 4 minutes of hot water in the shower, leaky washing machine, our dishwasher broke etc. XXXX ( property manager) told us we would have pest control come to our apt monthly. I saw this man maybe three times and each time he sprayed by the front door and left.

Jun 2016: My boyfriend and I moved into Moose Club in August of 2013 and we've had a great time living here. Pros: - Service is AMAZING. Any time I had a problem with something, from a leaky faucet to a snapped window shade, Debra (the landlady) fixed it either the day of or the next business day. - Rent is very affordable. For a 2 bed/2 bath on the ground floor, we paid $735 a month, not including utilities and the like. - Nice and quiet location. In the three years I lived here, I have only had two solicitors stop at my door, and because we're located on an off-street, there's not too much road noise. - Easygoing environment.

Aug 2015: Not everything here is right about moose club specially the manager lady ___ (Racist-that is what I felt).
You can hear everything from the neighbor next door and wish don't have a new born baby living next to you. Believe me you can some time hear even if a person next door using their toilet flush.
Before moving in I would suggest you to properly observe few thing
- Carper condition for stains specially odd smell since these are very old carpets.
- Also ask about the bugs/insects/roach treatment, they claimed that pest control will come every month but I just saw him once in past six month.
- Check the patio before moving in.
