Lumpkin Square condos are located just west of the UGA campus, in the middle of five points (on the UGA bus Route). There are 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom units upstairs, and 2 bedroom, 2 bath units at the ground level. All condos come with the main kitchen appliances, and Washer and Dryer. The condos are a very pretty brick, with mature landscaped grounds. There are no community features at Lumpkin Square, so if you are looking for stand up tanning, will need to look somewhere else.
Lumpkin Square condos are condos, meaning there are many individual owners, with their own way of working. Different prices, lease lengths, pet policies, maintenance response times, etc. will be found....
