Aug 2015: Horrible place to stay! Really expensive for what it has to offer. This place has serious mold issues and the apartments are really old and have horrible ventilation facility. I would not stay here for 650 or even 350! The mold grows everywhere on your furniture and your clothes and the walls and the bathroom! I had not seen anyone extend their lease! All my neighbors I knew just ran away as soon as their lease finished! If you are wise you would not make the terrible mistake of signing the lease here as there are better places in Athens! Also, the internet does not work in your apartment and it works only in the office.

May 2015: We see everything. We control everything. We know everything. This apartment is OK, but you can do better.Pretty bad neighborhood, overpriced for what you get. Better off somewhere else.

Mar 2015: This was a great first apartment in Athens, I lived there 2013-2014. Price is high for what you get, and the location isn't that great after dark, but overall I would recommend it. Maintenance was always fast, ___ and ___ were great. Can find better, but this place is fine.

Dec 2014: I stayed here for one semester (needing a short-term lease with a furnished apt) and everything about AoN was great- Melissa, Kylie and Colton basically ran the entire complex by themselves, and anytime I had any kind of problem or question, they were always there to (quickly!) solve things. I had a pretty bad mold issue (just like some other reviewers), but as soon as I notified them, the problem was fixed within days, and you could hardly tell it was ever there. The negative reviewers made it seem like the management didn't care/didn't correctly solve the mold, but it never came back for me, and I continued to stay there for around three months...I'd just be sure to have a dehumidifier in your apt. to prevent this problem.
