I am subleasing a private 1/1 bedroom in a 4x4 apartment at the Landing. I am graduating this semester and need to move out soon. The lease will last until July .
The special rate for the apartment per month will be $ (currently, it’s $), utilities will go for around $-$ (per month?) and you can renew the apartment if wanted.
Other details include:
- Minutes to campus using 🚍 bus
- Washer & dryer in unit
- High-speed internet and ethernet are available
- Free🍕 food and candy events
- Gym, swimming 🏊 pool, tennis court, basketball court
Concerning the roommates, two are 👨 male and one is currently unknown. The two 👨 males are extremely respectful individuals that work, so you’ll have most of the apartment to yourself a lot of the ⌚time. The last roommate will also be a sublease.
Move in date is any day after the th of this month, December’s rent will be free!
Other important notes:
- You will need a guarantor or a $1, deposit
- The apartment does not allow 🐕 pets
