My 👨 son and his roommates have not moved into their bedrooms in the 4 Bedroom flat in the Courtyards in Gainesville. I am willing to pay $ towards the monthly lease. You need to pay only $ a month. All Utilities are included except for a cap in the 💡electricity bill.
There is a $ sublease fee which is a credit check by the Apartment management, data entry and access to the electronic payment system. I will split the sublease fee if you prepay rent ($) for 2 months.
Apartment is the nicest furnished in the neighborhood that is right across the street from UF.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
