I wanted to post about my apartment sublease if anyone is interested in/needing a place starting January ! The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath ground floor unit about square feet. Rent is $ a month which includes 🌊 water, trash pickup, and pest control! You would be responsible for cable, internet, and power. This complex has recently switched management so they are now allowing 🐕 pets! I have lived here for almost 1.5 years now and have really enjoyed this quiet and affordable home! The 🚍 bus picks up and drops off right outside of the complex which is incredibly convenient as well. If interested, message me.
