I want to sublease my place in Oakbrook 🚶 walk. It is a 1x1 in a 2x2. My current roommate is moving out as well. I ❤️love the place however my friend convinced me to move in with them somewhere else. Its a 7 minute 🚴 bike ride to the University. It is right across from shands. It is student/shands housing with a great community.
It is available now. Two free months. The lease is through next summer, however this summer is free.
There is a $ application fee and no releasing fees. I don’t mind splitting the application fee.
