I am interested in subleasing my room at Oakbrook 🚶 walk. They are 2 bedroom apartments with in unit laundry (free laundry) and there is a full kitchen with your own private bathroom. The place is spacious and all included.
The place is vacant now and is ready to move in. My current roommate left and so there are roommate preferences. I signed the lease and then met a few friends who own a house in the area.
I ❤️loved living there. It is a 7 minute 🚴 bike ride and the 🚌 bus routes are , , and . They come every 5 or minutes. There is free parking and the community is friendly. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Utilities are included and there is an $ cap on 💡electricity, we barely went over.
You can move in whenever or store your stuff there for the summer gap. The rent is paid for through August 1st.
