Awesome apartment with one of the 🏆best rooms I have ever had in my college experience. The room is very spacious with a 🚶 walk in closet and private balcony for the room itself! Apartment comes fully equipped and furnished with everything you may want including but not limited to: mattress, dresser, bed side table, massive desk with many drawers and shelves, washer and dryer, 📺 tv in living room, oven, ☢ microwave, ⛄ fridge etc!
The one roommate is quite friendly but not around all that much. Amenities for the complex include a 🏊 pool, gym, free coffee, free printing. Wifi is included with utilities. Message asap as this is the last 👨 male room available at the complex! :)
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
