I am subleasing my room in a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom apartment at Lark Gainesville. The room is fully furnished and the contract is from January to July . The roommates are 3 👩 girls that are super nice, friendly and respectful. The apartment complex is great, all common areas are kept very 🎇clean and management is friendly and very reactive. Amenities include among others a two-story gym, a 🏊 pool, a study area with conference rooms and study booths. The area is nice and quiet, not far from Shands Hospital and within 🚶 walking distance to campus.
There is a garage for parking but it’s an extra $ a month. Everything is included on rent besides 💡electricity. Overall, this is a really great place to live!
