May 2017: Currently living here during the fall and spring semester. One of the worst apts in gainesville. Had half the parking lot taken up by construction workers, no laundry machines in unit, can hear every step being made by the person living above me and can hear the water running for any unit around you. Car has been towed multiple times even though the towing company and leasing office has the cars license plate. Have charged me fees gru with a utilities cap and the water gets shut off once a week. Leasing office only cares about money as they offered to increase my rent after two huge new and nice apt complexs have gone up just a block away from here. May 2017: Currently living here during the fall and spring semester. One of the best apts in gainesville. Had less than half of one of the two parking lots taken up by construction workers, and there's also plenty of street parking nearby. Laundry room is really nice and only steps away from my unit. Great maintenance, they're always quick to fix things and really friendly, too! Car has never been towed because I keep my Gator View tag visibly hanging from my dash. I pay only $75 for utilities and I only went over the cap once. The water only gets shut off once a month and they always let me know in advance. Leasing office cares about tenants. Gator View is one of the best apartments in Gainesville for one bedroom units, and barely even a 5 minute walk from campus and Midtown (yet far enough away that it doesn't get loud)!
