I am subletting my 1x1 room in a 4x4 apartment at Gainesville Place for the Fall Term (beginning August ). Each room has its own private bathroom and the apartment is fully furnished. Gainesville Place has many amenities, including a hour gym, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a community 🏊 pool. It is right off of Archer Rd and has its own 🚌 bus stop. Rent is $ a month, not including utilities (which are around $ a month). There is also an assignment fee, but I am willing to take care of that.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
