I am looking for someone to reassign my lease to. This person would completely take over the lease from me.
The room is the one in the upper right corner in the image attached below. It is a very spacious, furnished apartment at Gainesville Place. This is the Signature Suite, with upgraded furniture, wood-style flooring, and in-unit washer/dryer. Rent does not include utilities but they are typically around $/month.
Roommates are good people, very studious and 🎇clean common areas regularly.
If interested, email me and we can contact the Gainesville Place office together and get the lease reassigned.
