Mar 2018: Service is great! whenever I put in a service request it is completed sometimes within the same day (if not, the next day at the latest). Staff is always very friendly and helpful, and pool/amenities are really nice to have. and I really like how its furnished and a lot of parking is available, especially since parking is always an issue in Gainesville. Review from Google
Mar 2018: I’ve lived here for a year now and the people/maintenance are really nice; the only problem was we had a ton of fake fire alarms last fall but those seem to have stopped. Love hanging out at the hammocks on a nice day! Really peaceful. Visitor parking is tiny though and my friends can never find a place to park. Review from Google
Feb 2018: the couch leg was suddenly bent when a tenant sat on it. it was totally from a regular use, and tenant did nothing wrong. The bent was due to the poor quality of the furniture and long-time use. But appartment complex charged additional $600 for its replacement. Up to now, we dont's see any replacement. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Not a fun place to live. The rooms are small, cockroaches in the apartment the day of move in and tons of dead ones hidden under the fridge. Hallways are dirty, trash is always overflowing, management is rude and tries to charge you for everything. Looks like a 5 year old painted my room. Expensive for such a small room. Garage is extremely small and dangerous, you almost get in a head on collision every turn. Walls are paper thin, can always hear the people above walking. If that’s not enough the neighborhood is subpar, and the businesses across the street are a horrible view. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I never post reviews but this apartment complex is atrocious. The rent is extremely expensive for the little you get. I have lived at several Trimark properties that are slightly more expensive but offer the amenities that correlate that price range. Every apartment is extremely dark, the washer and dryer are 1/4 the size of a normal set, the kitchen and bathroom consist of wood countertops with a fake marple application, the complex wifi often doesn't work and the management refers you to a third party instead of doing their job. The walls are thin and when maintenance refuses to fix the building fire sprinkler system in the hallway, a loud beeping noise can be heard. Expect absolutely nothing from management. They do not respond to requests and often give wrong answers to questions. I highly recommend other complexes in the area that are che Review from Google
Feb 2018: Average experience: Apartment has been fine, despite our microwave door being broken from day one(even after request sent). They raised the rent for a complex that is average, so I will not be renewing. Location is good, but there is very limited bicycle parking because maintenance is too lazy to remove bikes that are broken and look like they have been there for 3+ years. Additionally, I also dislike the Simple Bill's "service" that adds money to the bill for each person. This Simple Bill's company engages in profit sharing, so my guess is the complex gets a percentage from this fee from our electricity bill! My money should go to pay for actual electricity and not a "service" I do not want or need. Review from Google
Jan 2018: THEY OFFER FREE FOOD WITH 5 STAR REVIEWS SO IGNORE THEM ALL. When I moved in 6 months ago, this place was disgusting. Bugs, dust, dirt, absolutely despicable. I saw the employees pouring the recycling into the dumpster MULTIPLE TIMES at around 4am. The utilities bill is absolutely preposterous. Christmas break my roommates and I were only here the first 6 days of the month, yet we still had a $78 each bill with the AC/lights off. And they charge $8 a month to use the mandatory "simple bills." Considering how far it is from campus, the prices are ridiculous. The start of the semester they closed the gate to the parking garage before giving anyone clickers that worked. So people had to park 5 blocks away, and I confronted them and they were like ya the clickers aren't programed. THEN DONT SHUT THE GATE. Move in day Sunday they were only open 1 Review from Google
Aug 2017: The living space is very nice and the area is the perfect mix of close to campus and far enough away from the action. The rooms are spacious and everything is great so far Review from Google

Aug 2017: Great quality for the price, roommate matching was impressive, staff is super nice and I've had an overall great experience so far! The location is an added bonus- there are multiple bus stops located around the apartments and it's only a 10 minute walk from campus and even less to midtown, Publix, etc. Review from Google
Jul 2017: These apartments are amazing, minutes from campus, and they're super cheap! Spacious living room, walk in closets! , massive kitchen! I've lived in many apartment complexes in Gainesville and this is by far my favorite. The people in the office also take this place from extraordinary to perfect. They are so friendly and so helpful especially a leasing agent named Veronica! She's awesome! I don't normally write reviews but I really wanted to go out of the way for 13th street because they have done the same for me more times than I can count. Review from Google
Jul 2017: Really cool and responsive staff. Very close to campus and many good restaurants. I really liked the gym and pool. It's probably the best you can get in Gainesville. Would totes recommend and live there again Review from Google
Apr 2017: Worst living experience thus far, they barge in whenever they please and take photos of things while you're in bed. Very uncomfortable time here. Would not recommend. Review from 4/19/17 on Google
Jan 2017: If I could give this place a 0 I would, the general manager Mr.Andrew Nolette is a scam artist and managed to try to collect money from my dad in a fraudulent way because my sister could not live here last minute due to some personal issues. My dad tried to talk to them and go about the process the way it should, they told him the space had been filled and not to worry. Later to get a call saying that the debt collectors were asking for $7,000 because no one had been staying there. My dad had to take it up with the lawyers because Mr.Nolette wasn't too bright to even correctly put the right room, parking spot numbers, and amounts that 'would have been' collected to the collectors and my dad had all the proof to show his fraudulent trick and get lawyers involved. Dec 2016: Great location, good sized space, could use more kitchen cabinet space. Also the garage is really tight and can be stressful to walk through because people turn the corners pretty fast. But other than that, I love living here. Maintenance can be pretty helpful and efficient as well. Rent is a little steep, but I still love the location. Review from 12/4/16 on Google
Sep 2016: I love living here. Management is awesome! They fix anything that we report to be broken ASAP. Also I love that I have all inclusive rent with no caps. Not to mention I got really lucky with random roommates and we've resigned together for a third year! Review from 9/27/16 on Google
Aug 2016: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Arguably the worst place to live in Gainesville as a student. They boast that it is a few steps from campus but in reality you will walk 30 minutes at least to class each way. The amenities provided are sub par, and the staff/management is atrocious. I wish I would have lived in my triple dorm room with roaches again rather than here. If I could have rated this 0 stars then I would have. If you are unfortunate enough to have to live here I guarantee you will not resign for a second year. Review from 8/16/16 on Google
Jul 2016: I do not recommend this place. The people who work there are nice but they don't have much power and the higher-ups are rude and less than accommodating. I had a situation where there was a water leak in the ceiling of my bathroom and while the maintenance took care of the issue effectively, I was not compensated or given a place to reside during the construction because the room was technically "live-able" ... It was not and I stayed with friends. I would give zero stars but I am forced to give at least one. Review from 7/26/16 on Google
