Hello! I am looking to sublease my 1/1 in a 2/2 bedroom apartment at th Street Apartments around the first week of May , as I will be graduating. The current roommate who lives in the other half of the 2/2 is very quiet, 🎇clean, and nice! Another 👩 femaleroommate is preferred.
I only need the last four months of my lease covered, since I will be here until the spring semester is over. The monthly price is negotiable, and so is the move-in date! Parking is $ per month if you have a car. The location is 1 mile from the UF north campus with multiple accessible 🚌 bus stops close by. The room comes furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, chair, and living room furniture. The bathroom is inside the bedroom and also has a 🚶 walk-in closet. The main complex building has a 🏊 pool and gym. The payments are rent, 💡electricity, and parking (if you need it). Wifi is included with rent.
