Apartments near UCF fill up fairly quickly. For the start of school in the Fall, most communities are fully by the preceding May.
That said, if you would like to live in an apartment community which is full, it is common to relet an apartment. The process is fairly straight forward and will result in a new, directly with the office, lease, just as if you signed a lease directly with the office.
