Jan 2019: This was my home for 11 years i loved my apt no problems with the staff they always treated me with respect.bldg 11 is the best bldg to live.alot of these people complain and write these nadty comments because they are the ones that make the place look bad and dont like to follow what they sign for.it is affordable the rent now has gone up but nothing compare to what orlando rent is now. Sep 2018: I lived here and was the worst decision I made! Management at corporate and office management is very unprofessional. From day one it was a nightmare! Do not rent. Property manager was racist and was my father passed away she was rude, heartless and very unkind. Even after we move out this people were revengeful. not recommended. Jun 2017: All the bad reviews on here are pathetic. Living in the apartment housing consists of many things that arrogant people really have no respect, all these bad reviews I'm sure these people can't pay their rent so they need a reason to get upset with management. I've lived here well over 15 years and have had no issues with crime or the management. They are always helpful and kind. They have a job to do and y'all are stupid to think these people are out to scree you over. It's their job to maintain the property and be nice. They don't get paid just to knock on your door and give you a had time. So please put your beer goggles on and grow up. This place is amazing!!! Maintenance gets to you after the fact , people on the property walk dogs and let them use the restroom anywhere on the sidewalk in the grass where the kids are playing. The only good thing about this property is the price. Moved out on Friday no one was in the office available to take the keys, came in on a Monday to hand keys in early first thing in the morning she charge me $75 stating that I wasn't moved out the property.
