I have currently paid the rent for the month of June and plan to move out ASAP to my new location so the move in date is very flexible. You will only need to pay for the month of July! The unit I’m currently in is a 2 floor townhouse layout on the 4th and 5th floor facing the golf course. The room is located on the 5th floor and has a 🚶 walk in closet and bathroom, comes with A bed, desk, and 2 dressers. Currently 1 other roomate is living in the home the others have left due to the pandemic but will be returning some⌚time in July to collect their belongings.
