Hey everyone, I am currently leaving 💛 UCF for the summer and was subleasing my apartment.
It&#;s a 1x1 in a 2x2 at University House. Rent is $ monthly (including parking). Original Price is $ but the people I took the lease from has been here for years so they had a lower rate.
This room is available ASAP. It includes a full size bed, full bathroom, a 🚶 walk in closet, large kitchen with lots of cabinet space, and a living room with included📺 tv. Price includes all this plus all utilities. University House also has a large 🏊 pool, basketball court, volleyball court, free printing, free coffee in the office everyday, a hour gym and a free🚍 shuttle service back to to 💛 UCF.
My roommate is very 🎇clean and keeps to himself, pre-med student so he studies a lot. He is a 👨 male but there is no preference on who takes my lease.
