Hi there! I’m Katie; I’m , 👩 female, and I attend grad school and work at 💛 UCF. I’m working towards my masters degree in health admin right now. I enjoy reading, watching Netflix, and I enjoy true crime documentaries and podcasts. I keep to myself a lot but I’m very open to being friends with my roommates as well.
The apartment is 3 bed, 3 bath unit. The rooms are super spacious, about x each. And on top of the large room you’d also have your own private bathroom and a large 🚶 walk in closet in your room. The bedrooms are not furnished, but I have furnished the rest of the unit so there’s a couch, barstools for the kitchen, and I’ll be buying a 📺 tv and entertainment center when my current roommates move out and take theirs. So you would only need to furnish your own bedroom and also buy your own kitchen items. The price is per month, plus utilities which are about a month. I usually keep the ac set at , but all the rooms have large ceiling fans so it stays pretty cool.
I do have 2 adult 👨 malecats who live in the apartment and they free roam and spend a lot of ⌚time just sitting in the living room. I’d ❤️love to have someone who really likes cats and is comfortable around them because my cats are very friendly and ❤️love to get attention from people!
I also prefer the apartment to be quiet so I would rather not live with people who will be having lots of company over frequently (I really only ever have my 💕 👨 boyfriend over), and would not want any kind of party happening in the apartment. Also hate smoking so no smoking of any kind in the apartment or on the balcony is preferred.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
