Looking to transfer my lease at the Verge available immediately! It&#;s a large, furnished room in a 4x4 all 👩 girls apartment, with your own bathroom and built in robe.
Rent is $ per month not including utilities but rent is already paid for the month of May so you’d only need to pay for June and July! The lease is available as soon as possible until the st of July.
The verge has lots of facilities including a 🏊 pool, gym, clubhouse, tennis and volleyball courts, firepit and barbeque area. 🚶 walking distance to 💛 UCF!
My roommates are three super friendly and fun 👩 girls who go to 💛 UCF. They are really welcoming and respectful, and keep the apartment 🎇clean and tidy! They have a small, well-behaved puppy called Sophie. Sophie has lived with other 🐕 pets before so if you have a 🐕 pet this won&#;t be a problem!
