The rent is $ per person( it can be negotiable) including utilities and there is a cap on 💡electricity as well. The room is in the second floor away from kitchen and living room noise with a loft area. The roommates are friendly, 🎇clean& welcoming. The unit is comfortable and well maintained. The lease is from May 1st to Julyst with options to renew for fall if needed.
