Hello. I am looking to sublease my bedroom in a 4*2 floor plan apartment to a 👨 male/👩 female from May th to July st at the Lofts. The unit is fully furnished and the rent is $ including the utilities and the lease is renewable for next year (fall/spring). The Lofts is very near to 💛 UCF and it has two 🚌 shuttlestops in the community to facilitate transportation to the university. The Lofts is also very close to the Lynx 🚌 bus stop. The unit in which I stay has two levels and I am on the upper level. Please let me know if you’re interested!
